The Valley Collection was inspired by a trip Douglas and I took to Banff, Canada last October. I was blown away by the beauty of the valleys we had to traverse before reaching the summits. It was not lost on me that this is exactly what happens in our own lives. There are hard seasons of waiting in the valley, but no matter what our valley looks like, there is beauty to be found if we look for it.

Whether you are in a season of life that feels like a valley or you’re at the peak, at some point you will be in the valley again. These paintings are peacefully encouraging you that your Valley holds purpose, that there is beauty in the waiting.

This original painting was created with charcoal and acrylic paint on a gallery wrapped wooden panel, measuring 1.5” deep.

Each piece is signed and titled on the back, varnished for protection, and ready to hang and enjoy!
